Exhibition Below Control by MUSH-ROOM

Until the end of November I am participating in a show by MUSH-ROOM. For this exhibition I made a new installation that can only be experienced by visiting the space. My work is supported by CBK Rotterdam.

The following text is written by the team of MUSH-ROOM;

BELOW CONTROL invites a descent into a space where the pace of everyday life falls away, opening to a quieter rhythm. The exhibition explores surrender not as passivity but as an act of radical connection: to our body, emotions, and the uncertain world we share. We invite you to slow down and feel the tension between surrender and control.

BELOW CONTROL is supported by CBK Rotterdam, Stichting Bekker la-Bastide fonds and Iona stichting.

The poster is designed by Jesse van Meel

Exhibition at Brutus

A view weeks ago I showed a new work in an exhibition that was organised by the Bcademie. The exhibition was called Something Sticky Under Your Feet.

The work that I showed is part of two bigger projects in which I am reflecting on our contemporary vision of the world and what we should share with the next generation.

Send me an email for more information.

The second photo is taken by Melissa van Venrooij.

One-Time View

This work is about an experience. Buyers will have to decide whether or not want to see the work. However, if this is chosen, the work will immediately begin to degrade until there is nothing left of it. The experience of the work is only for this person and for no one else. The instructions on the envelope also provide an experience

The best experience comes from following the instructions on the envelope. The envelope will only be opened after following the instructions.
